Arrested, charged or wronged? I’m on your side from the very first hour.

I defend suspects and defendants and represent victims of crime. Calmly, to the point and without judgement – because in criminal cases, much of the outcome is decided at the very beginning.

Urgent

Arrested or facing questioning? Do this now

If you have just been arrested, received a summons for questioning, or someone close to you is being held by the police – every hour counts. Your right to a defence starts not when charges are brought, but with the very first action taken against you – and what you say at the start goes on record and can tip the balance of the whole case. Before you say anything to the authorities, get in touch with me.

  • You have the right to remain silent and the right to defence counsel – use them, and don’t make any statement until you have spoken to a lawyer.

  • You have the right to have defence counsel present every time you are questioned, able to ask questions on your behalf.

  • Stay calm and don’t sign anything you don’t understand – that is your right, even under pressure.

Your rights

Everyone has the right to a defence – without judgement, in confidence

If you’re in trouble with the law, you may feel ashamed or afraid of being treated as guilty before anyone has heard you out. That’s not how it works with me.

  • I don’t judge. My role is to defend your rights, not to deliver verdicts – that’s what the court is for.

  • Our conversation is covered by professional secrecy (attorney–client confidentiality). What you tell me stays between us.

  • Everyone has the right to a defence – whatever happened and however the case looks.

Common situations

Is this your situation?

  • You have been arrested.

Or someone close to you is being held by the police.

  • You have received a summons for questioning.

You don’t know how to handle it.

  • You have been charged.

Or you have received an indictment.

  • There is a case pending against you.

You feel you can’t cope with it.

  • You are facing pre-trial detention.

Or it has already been imposed.

  • Someone has made false allegations about you or accused you.

    Of something you didn’t do.

How I help

Defence or representation of victims

I defend suspects and defendants – and represent those who have fallen victim to crime.

Criminal defence

I defend you at every stage – from arrest and questioning, through pre-trial proceedings, to the trial and appeal.

  • I represent you during questioning, arrest and searches.
  • I fight to have pre-trial detention lifted or not imposed in the first place.
  • I defend clients in cases such as offences against property and health, road traffic offences (including drink-driving), drug offences, threats, violence, defamation and insult, hate crimes and petty offences.
  • I aim for the best possible outcome – from having the case discontinued, through a more lenient sentence, to a suspended sentence.

Have you been harmed? You’re not just a witness in your own case

If you have fallen victim to a crime, you have the right to be a party to the proceedings, not just a number in the file. I’ll make sure your voice counts.

  • I represent you as the injured party and auxiliary prosecutor – at the police station, at the prosecutor’s office and in court.
  • I help you pursue the offender for damages and compensation for harm suffered.
  • I make sure the case isn’t quietly dropped and that your rights are respected.
Possible outcomes

What can be achieved

No outcome can be promised in advance, but a good defence genuinely changes the course of a case. Depending on the situation, I fight for:

  • Discontinuance or acquittal

Bringing the proceedings to an end without a conviction, where the evidence allows.

  • Lifting pre-trial detention

Having detention lifted or not imposed at all – fighting for you to await the outcome at liberty.

  • A more lenient sentence

A suspended sentence or voluntary submission to a penalty on favourable terms.

  • Justice for the victim

On the injured party’s side – the offender’s conviction, as well as damages and compensation for harm suffered.
